Hot air ballooning in Uganda is a new and exciting activity operated by Dream Balloons and Balloon Tours Limited, both certified by the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority since 2011. The pilots are well-trained and licensed under aviation authorities in Uganda and Egypt.

Each Uganda balloon safari carries a maximum of eight people. Children under six years old are not allowed because the balloons can rise up to 10,000 feet above sea level, which may be too high and frightening for young ones.

A wildlife hot air balloon safari is one of the best experiences to try in Uganda. Unlike viewing animals from a car or on foot, a balloon ride lets you see wildlife and the landscape from a clear and peaceful view above the park.

Balloon Safaris in Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park, located in northwestern Uganda, is the country’s largest park. It is divided by the world’s longest river, the Nile, which creates the famous Murchison Falls. The park is home to about 76 mammal species and over 450 bird species.
